Mini/Axe classic drop forward Item details: Nummech's unique drop-forwards are designed for many markers that utilize a gas-through ASA tank adapter. Drop-forwards are the easiest method to shorten your marker's tank position. When using a drop-forward, you can lean tighter into the marker and take up less horizontal space when crouched behind cover. Not everybody likes to use a drop-forward, but this is the perfect solution for those looking to shorten their profile.

This drop-forward is compatible only with classic Mini and Axe markers. NOT compatible with TM7, TM15, Mini-GS, AxePro, Axe 2.0 markers, or Vanquish.

Features:
• Compatible with Invert Minis, Empire Axes, or Invert Minis using the Relay bottomline ASA. Not compatible with Mini-GS or AxePro.
• Relocates your tank approximately 2-7/8" forward and 1-3/4" down (7.3-cm forward and 4.5-cm down).
• Internally ported to keep the marker "hoseless".
• Re-use your existing regulator and dovetail mount.
• Redesigned "spring-loaded" bottomline air connection.
• Machined from solid billet aluminum 6061-T6 and plated with type-2 anodizing.

-Most items are available as either gloss or dust finish. "Gloss" components are smooth and somewhat reflective. "Dust" components have a matte or diffused finish which is non-reflective. "Polished" components have been buffed to a high sheen/luster (uncommon for our standard products due to the cost involved).

Description of production changes: Mini/Axe classic drop forward Original versions: The original style of Mini/Axe drop forwards did not use a spring-loaded air coupling to assist with mounting. This consisted of the first 2 batches of drop forwards that were sold between 2009-2011. These drop forwards are not engraved on the side, unlike newer ones which have a Nummech logo engraved on either side. Spring-loaded system: The spring-loaded air coupling was added to all Mini/Axe frames and drop forwards around the early-to-mid 2013. Any drop forward currently on the shelf was factory-retrofitted with the new air coupling system, and all subsequent batches used the air coupling. Anybody that owns one of the original drop forwards with the solid mounting system can send their drop forward in for retrofit. This system is reflected with all Mini/Axe drop forwards, even the newer style (below). Re-designed outer shape: In late 2019, the Mini/Axe drop forward underwent a redesign to adjust its outer shape to better match the other drop forwards being produced by Nummech. This is the current version drop forward in use today. The drop forward may appear slightly different visually, but it uses the same hardware and air coupling system as the previous drop forwards.
